Common questions

How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 standard thumbnail. HD and host-face each add +1 per image. Edit-with-words and background removal cost 2; faithful upscale costs 3; a captioned clip costs 5. You see the credit cost before you click Generate.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes — subscription credits roll over for one cycle on Creator and Pro (capped at your monthly allotment), and two cycles on Studio and Team (double cap). Purchased top-up packs never expire.
Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. You keep access for the remainder of the billing period; your banked rollover credits stay until your access ends.
What's the free trial?
8 thumbnails on YouTube + TikTok with no signup and no card. Watermarked at standard resolution so you can see real output quality before you decide.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of your first paid month, if you've used fewer than 50 credits, we'll refund in full. After that, partial refunds are reviewed case-by-case — see our refund policy.
What's the commercial license?
Creator and above grant full commercial rights to the thumbnails you generate. Pro and above also include the right to use them in client work and white-label them.
