This Acceptable Use Policy describes content and conduct that is not permitted on RapidThumbnails. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement where required.

1. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, share, or store content that:

  • Sexually exploits minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
  • Depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated imagery purporting to show a real person in a sexual or intimate context without their consent. This includes "deepfake" nudes.
  • Impersonates a real person without their consent.Uploading or generating a face likeness requires that you have the depicted person's consent, OR that they are a public figure depicted in a context that is clearly satirical, journalistic, or otherwise lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights. Do not upload reference images you do not have rights to use, and do not generate outputs designed to copy a specific copyrighted work, trademarked logo, or character likeness without authorization. Subject to our DMCA Policy.
  • Promotes hate or harassment. No content that promotes violence against, threatens, dehumanizes, or harasses protected groups or individuals.
  • Facilitates fraud or impersonation. No fake identification documents, no counterfeit financial instruments, no content intended to deceive viewers about the source or authenticity of public statements.
  • Defames a real person. No outputs presenting false statements of fact about identifiable individuals.
  • Is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.

  • Synthetic media designed to incite violence or panic.
  • Outputs that remove, disable, or obscure the C2PA provenance metadata or jurisdiction-required AI labeling that we embed.
  • Outputs intended to defraud a specific person or business.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our model weights, prompts, or proprietary system instructions.
  • Use automated tools to scrape the Service or any third-party content via the Service.

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a coordinated security disclosure agreement with us.
  • Transmit malware, worms, or any code intended to disrupt the Service or other users.

4. Face-Likeness Reference Photos

When you upload a reference photo for host-likeness generation, you affirm that:

  • The depicted person has consented to AI-generated likenesses of themselves for the purpose described, or
  • You are the depicted person.

Pro and Studio tiers may train a personal face model (LoRA). The same consent rule applies, plus an additional explicit affirmation at training time.

  • Suspend or terminate accounts, with or without refund.
  • Notify law enforcement where required.
